This AUP governs the use of the Internet Products and Services (“Services”) provided by ACSkyways.
It is ViaSat’s intent to provide our customers with excellent Internet and Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) and related services through satellite technology. In order to accomplish this objective, we have adopted this Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”).
This policy is to ensure that applicants who would like to add a fiber line to their new or existing location are served on a timely and consistent basis, and share in the responsibility for extension costs on an equitable basis.
